The Baskit Geni
Baskit Geni is one of those brilliantly simple ideas that someone really should have thought of before – but they didn’t! A lock for your hanging baskets that will really deter thieves. We’re telling you about it because Jacky Williams is a customer of ours who has really impressed us with her entrepreneurial spirit.
New Featured Customer
Nick Brant of Primary Pest Care – top class remover of wasps’ nests and, we’re sure, plenty of other unwanted creatures.
Ouch!
And here comes the 4th paper price increase this year. All between 7% and 12%, piled on top of each other, of course.
New Featured Customer
Award-winning local charity No Panic. Read more on our ‘Featured Customers’ page.
Thanks!
Another nice note with a customer’s payment – ‘Excellent service as always’ Sorry to brag but it’s a real lift to get an appreciative note.
Local History blog (another one)
Today we set up a local history group with a wordpress blog – Aqueduct Local History.
Solution to lunch-time
We’ve found a brilliant little cafe in Dawley that delivers – their hot breakfast-in-a-bap, including the veggie version, is superb (and huge). Not sure how far they deliver but you could phone and ask if you’re in Telford. It’s the Coffee Pot, Dawley, Telford, phone 01952 630474.
A Good Day!
The school holidays have started and things have been a bit quiet – but today we’ve been told ‘Thanks a million. Your service is the best’ by one customer.
Another told us we’re very patient (caught us on a good day
) and efficient – and the several other printers he rang didn’t even get back to him.
We also made another customer happy by not printing his flyer. He got some polite robust advice about how it wouldn’t sell him a single unit, plus he didn’t need to spend so much. Turned to his boss and said ‘See, that’s why we come here. It’s an honest printshop!’
Must go while we can both still fit our heads through the door!
